the hotel is a good choice for budget travelers looking to explore the Alban hills and the nearby coast. It has a great location, being right next to bus stops and offering easy access to Albano lake. The rooms are simple but clean, and some even have a view right to the coast. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Plus, the breakfast is decent, offering cake, coffee, fruit, and juice.
Some aspects of the hotel could use improvement, such as the hot water in the showers and the absence of towel bars in the bathroom.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. It is located in a beautiful environment with an old villa and large garden grounds, making it a unique and charming place to stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The rooms, although basic, were clean and comfortable, and some even offered stunning views overlooking Rome. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic, leaving us with no complaints.
